Clark Drive Studios was established in March 2002 to serve the local music and film community
by offering reasonably priced Recording and Rehearsal facilities in comfortable downtown Vancouver location.
The complex houses 4 large rehearsal rooms , and 2 comfortable recording studios with lounge .

Out chief engineer and studio owner Rick Welin has decades of recording experience to bring
to your sessions. Having recorded everything from Rock, Pop, Indie, Emo, Power Pop, Punk, to
Acoustic singer-songwriters, Film Soundtrack / Voice Over recording.
You will not find a higher level of professionalism at lower cost... anywhere.

We can offer demo package deals at very low rates,
as well as complete albums for what you would pay for only a few days in a larger studio.
Why pay top dollar for a fancy room in a big studio when can get the same results at a fraction of the cost on the same gear?
Experienced ears are the only thing that counts in the audio engineering game.!
